All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges, and cancellations are not possible once an order is confirmed.

Complimentary Items  
Every order includes free stickers or other exclusive items! Typically, the larger your order, the more bonus items you’ll receive.

Shipping Rates  
We proudly offer worldwide shipping with the following rates:

- United kingdom 🇬🇧: 10p
- Italy 🇮🇹: 30£
- EU 🇪🇺: 30£
- Worldwide 🌍: 50£ 

Damaged or Delayed Items  
We take exceptional care to ensure your order arrives safely. Almost 100% of our packages are delivered promptly and intact. However, should an item arrive damaged or if your order is undelivered after six months, you have two options:

1. Refund: Return the item at your expense, or provide adequate documentation of damage, and we will issue a refund for the item price (minus original shipping fees).

2. Replacement: If stock permits, we will ship a replacement item. Note that if the replacement arrives damaged or fails to arrive, additional refunds or replacements will not be provided.
